I always found this video to be a bit confused. It seems to be about a lady who cheated on her guy in the 40s or something, then died from an OD. The guy claims not to care about her but goes on a trip to honour her memory with a photo, also? I guess you can always claim not to care, but most of the time, that's not possible!
