In my case, Im a pop music kind of guy. But recently I stumbled on telle's music when he sang one of the songs from riot games (Pentakill:Conqueror). Since then, I liked TWA's music, and I stayed.

@bryan27332 жыл бұрын
@@bbqseitan7106 yes, you have a point. Maybe its bcoz of the lore of telle's character (viego) in the pentakill universe, he was supposed to represent the modern post hardcore/metalcore genre. Maybe thats why it sounded like that. I might be wrong with the details tho.

I'm not going to be one of those whiny scene kids who claim certain songs "saved their lives" but this song has definitely played a part in my life in terms of helping me push through anything. Work, daily life, helping me fall asleep without worry, and completely shutting off my mind to everything I am worrying about at the time.

I'd rather die for what I believe, Than live a life without meaning. I'd rather die for what I believe, Than live a life without meaning. I'd rather die for what I believe, Than live a life without meaning. I'd rather die for what I believe, Than live a life without meaning. And now that I'm older... And now that I'm older, I'm finding out How, What it means To start over. Well, it's never gonna be that easy. I've searched and searched, But the searchlights have left me. I've tried to find a way, I swear I tried, All I have left is you by my side. So please take the time To get inside my mind. I've longed for the lights, I've stayed awake, stayed awake. Through the nights. What if this is all I have What if this is all that's left What if this is all that's left All that's left. And now that I'm older... And now that I'm older, I'm finding out how, What it means To start over. I never thought I would. I'm finding out how, What it means To start over. Now that I'm older, I'm finding out how, What it means To start over. So can you feel it now? Beneath the surface where the shadows dwell. You can't hide from the path you chose. So take it in, take it in, All the burdens of the world I never thought I'd end up this way. I never thought I could fall so far away. So far away. And now that I'm older... And now that I'm older, I'm finding out how, What it means To start over. I never thought I would I'm finding out how, What it means To start over. And now that I'm older, I'm finding out how, What it means To start over. I'm starting over. I'm starting over. I'd rather die for what I believe, Than live a life without meaning. "I actually feel sorry for the people who don't like this." You have so much to learn. Guthrie Govan gives me chills, yet I can not for the life of me imagine feeling sorrow or pity for anyone who does not respond as I respond. In essence you feel sorrow for people who aren't like you. That's a kind of tiny naïve tragedy.

@danielbonfield529510 жыл бұрын
No matter how much I try to deny it, I always come back to "emo" music. It's my opinion that emotions are the main driving force behind music. I love death metal and all kinds of other music, but at the end of the day you need something you can relate to, and listening to a song about performing an autopsy or raping hell whores with a thorned cock only goes so far; songs that excite feelings we all can relate to stick with us. Then again, it all depends on the mood we are in. For example, this song reinforces my convictions about my morality and what I believe in, and in this particular moment, I needed a song like this to amp me up in that respect. "I would rather die for what I believe, than live without meaning." Given that the members of the band might be religious, and I am not, I still interpret the essential meaning of the song; which is stand by your beliefs and live for something other than yourself.

"Now that I'm older, I'm finding out how and what it means, to start over" this part hits me hard now. I'm going through a divorce after 4 years of marriage and 7 years being together. It's tough, but I'm starting over.

I like them cause they aren't just about screaming like most metal core bands. So you can understand at least 70% of what they are saying.
