Tonight was my first night with you guys. My stomach is my biggest problem area. So with this dance I was able to foccus a lot of the "pumping" on you torso. I feel tired doing this video twice. However I do feel more relaxed for bed. With a broken foot this is a lot easier to do then most cardio options I have readily available. With this I can do it with little harm to my foot.

Great videos! I've really enjoyed these and think this would be an excellent exercise for me, as I'm so limited right now and I think it'd make me very happy, because I do love to dance, but haven't been able to dance as much as I used to, or the way I used to. I love all the dancers, the way they move and my 2 favorites, besides Misty, is the woman in the blue capris that spins her head/hair around and gives all her effort into the movements. I also love the skinny guy in the red shorts, he's tryin' to get some robot moves in! Really cute!

I’m happy to see that you have people in this video that don’t necessarily have great rhythm. If you have them in future videos (that is if they keep on dancing and a grooving) people will see that you can develop rhythm with practice. ♥️♥️

Ya know you are exactly right’n who knows what was going on in my mind a year ago! I actually bought her CDS, love the free style. I think I was trying to point out that most videos everyone is in perfect condition and shape, can do all the moves to perfection which makes it so easy to sell. I’ve done quite a few of the routines on these CD’s and had a blast! Thanks for pointing my “close minded” ole self.
