I have a feeling this will be my favorite series from you since I have this exact bike(it's even chrome/black). I have a couple vids on my channel about it. I am getting ready to restore it(although keep the patina). I would like to make a request and ask if you could do an in depth video on the wiring upgrades. My original wiring harness melted thanks to an exhaust hose that ran under my tank for "emissions.." I am going to keep the points but upgrade the coil and rectifier/regulator. Thanks for this series!

I think that ignition switch would originally have been on the right hand box?

Honestly Jeremy I'm not sure. It's on the headlight brinicle/top yoke on the 350. The sticker suggests its always been there and the right hand box houses the air filter for some reason. There are some odd placement decisions in play on these things that seem to just change randomly with no logic (maybe I'm missing something)

Gotta say, if I knew I was going to be asking you to try and fix a bike for me, I'd be ashamed if I handed it over in such a condition where the first thing you had to do was wash it before you could work on it. It's like putting a bike in for an MOT when it's filthy and not expecting the mechanic to lean towards failing it just because it's in such a state.

Hi Richard, As Wren say's its been off the road for quite sometime so no E10 concern. The mission is cleaned up, running/riding reliably. Generally a good useable bike... I think we can do that!

Within a hair absolutely... on further looking more likely 3/8 Whitworth which zeus puts out to 18.03mm. My 3/8W is pretty beaten up so measures closer to 18.12mm. The hex of them flat to flat is 18.01/03 depending on which flats you measure across the two plugs. Guessing most won't have a Whitworth set kicking around nowadays...

You need to look at the volume of your video. It’s pretty difficult to follow and needs an increase in the volume.
