I reached out to them and they said there is nothing they can do and that it's shopify's fault or my banks fault. I've called my bank and it's good on their end. And there is no way to contact shopify, even their website says I need to contact the store. It's a cycle of inability to figure out why I can't order my onewheel and so I decided not to get one until they can figure out what the hell they're doing...super unfortunate because I was really excited to get one.
