It’s actually not very surprising, this frame historically has a lot of muzzle flash. Both ark logic and misfit had way too much muzzle flash, and they were both toned down. And all three of these weapons to share a model.

I massively prefer the 1-1-1 system. It takes the benefits of each system without the major negatives of each system in a vacuum because they compliment each other. I can't wait for the meter system to be implemented into the 1-1-1 system though.

the skill ceiling is much higher with blink than with the other jumps. It has potential, but for most people it's too much effort for not enough payoff. Especially since blink almost requires pairing the exotic helmet with to not be a handicap.

All mars leviathan io earth moon etc. we had good meta with good grind then trials came back we got a few more maps etc. the glory days yk and what do we have now? 13maps give or take.. so mostly for PvP players our anger and toxicity stems from playing a thing we love deep down but it's most gutted boring repetitive form .. I assume pve players are mad BC they're bad at PvP and pve is laughably easy with guide vids and Sherpas

To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if the reason they changed the muzzle flash was Wallah's earlier video on the weapon where is said his only complaint is the muzzle flash. It's such a small detail that Bungie would never usually change.

Id be willing to bet money that the muzzle flahs issue was a left over from the gun that shares ripostes model, the arc logic. When that gun dropped it had a decent perk pool but the muzzle flash was something that kept people from using it. They eventually toned it down. But hearing that riposte had bad mizzle flash and since they share almost the same base model im willing to bet something in the code wasnt changed all the way ehen make the new weapon and slipped through.

@@schizohopper no no, you get one after completing the weekly 3 matches. You can only get one per week for each character you have. When you complete your third match it should automatically appear as a pop up like a math reward, and the auto rifle should show up in your intentory.

Even though they fixed the muzzle flash, I’m still gonna take my Rufus’s fury 9 times out of 10. I feel like it’s visual recoil and its actual recoil pattern is just so much better and easier to control regardless of stability stat than the riposte. Even at 100 recoil direction the riposte just feels so hard to control even if I get a roll with crazy stability.
