Coaching matters. Russ under Tomlin and Russ under Payton are 2 different things. Mike T won’t try and humiliate his players like Payton did. Russ was good last year, not great but good and still got benched. I knew he was going to thrive here.

Najee is great, he isn't the only RB on the team and is splitting carries with Warren and now Patterson AND STILL makes 1000 yard seasons. Not to mention he is an iron man, hasn't missed a game in his career. 3 consecutive 1000 yard seasons and he is at 877 this year with 4 games left, probably about to be 4 consecutive 1000 yard seasons.

Najee is a horse. His OL and QB have been very uneven for his whole career allowing teams to stack the LOS. Russ is changing that.
