Hello friends! Today I'm going to show you how to make succulent meatballs in a delicious creamy sauce, accompanied by crispy roast potatoes and golden-brown fried mushrooms. This simple and delicious recipe is perfect for a cozy dinner! 🌿🥔🍄
Ingredients for meatballs:
600 g ground beef (approx. 1.3 pounds)
1 onion
200 ml cream (approx. ¾ cup)
1 tbsp mustard
½ tsp curry powder
A bunch of dill
60 g Parmesan cheese (approx. ¼ cup)
Ingredients for roast potatoes with mushrooms:
500 g potatoes (approx. 1.1 lb)
2 cloves of garlic
30 g butter (approx. 2 tbsp)
250 g mushrooms (approx. 9 ounces)
1 onion
Salt and pepper to taste

One note for clarification: I notice the recipes that come from creators in Europe (and elsewhere?) often refer to “cream” as this one does. Here in the U.S. we have Light, Heavy, and Half & Half. Which of these is closest to what you call cream? So good to see that you branched out, tho slightly, in your seasonings and didn’t add egg! LOVE your nutrition facts and interpretation of amounts and temps into non-metric along the way!
