Nice but the vitamins of the potatos are washed away with the water. It might be better just squeezing. The baking powder in your little cup looks more than a teaspoon. Is this right? It seems misleading on purpose or so.

I love this channel because the meals she prepares are very very healthy! Most of them I haven’t ever tried because I’m single and am not a very good cook! But when I do cook, I try to eat healthy all around dishes, just like this lady fixes! Thank You 🙏
