They are so delicious that I bake these rolls almost every week!
RECIPE for buns with condensed milk cream.
9 g fresh yeast.
80 ml warm milk.
40g melted butter.
1 chicken egg.
40g condensed milk.
Mix everything well.
Add 50g sugar.
3g salt.
Mix everything together.
Sift 270 g flour.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Form the dough into a ball.
Grease a bowl with vegetable oil.
Place the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
The dough turned out well.
Place the dough on the table.
Divide the dough into 6 parts.
Form each piece of dough into a ball.
Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Cover the dough balls with cling film.
Leave the rolls in a warm place for 30 minutes.
For cream:
3 tablespoons milk.
1.5 teaspoons condensed milk.
Mix everything well.
Add 2.5 tablespoons of flour.
Mix everything together.
Place the mixture in a piping bag.
The rolls worked well.
Brush the rolls with a mixture of egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
Decorate the buns with condensed milk cream.
Bake the rolls in the oven preheated to 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished rolls with powdered sugar.

Рецепт очень понравился.Обязательно попробую испечь такие булочки,необычно и оригинально смотрятся.Вот только с кремом непонятно,когда замешивали был очень густой, потом вдруг стал реже,что-то добавили,наверно.Муки надо меньше в крем,я так думаю. И слегка подгорели снизу,а так 👍

To convert from fresh yeast to active dry yeast, multiply the fresh quantity by 0.4. Active dry yeast must be hydrated in warm water before being incorporated into a dough.
