I don't know if it is because I already like this movie but this recap has got to be one of the best ones across all recap channels. My favorite one happens to be the Equalizer 2 and that narration was immaculate 🎉. A lot of recap channels give intricate details but you knew which bits of information were pertinent to being able to follow the proverbial bouncing ball. Stellar job man!❤😢🎉🎉🎉

Yes! That scene with the hands in gun position in a comedic way was stellar! All the bad guys got their comeuppance. Subliminally it shows that often times the ones perceived as friend are foe and vice versa. EQ 3 coming soon!

The recap is great, but I believe you miss one of the most important dialogue of the movie: when Nicolaï explains basically that he is a high functioning malevolent psychopath, and Mr Mc Call answers "I've done some bad things in my life, Nicolai. Things I'm not proud of. I promised someone that I love very much that I would never go back to being that person. But for you I'm gonna make an exception. You asked me what I saw when I looked at you. What do you see when you look at me?" - Robert McCall" Basically McCall is also a psychopath, but a good one with a personal (skewed but real) ethic. I don't know if someone made a similar comment, the comment section on KZbin are a bore to read. And I am subscribing! 😉 (I've seen the movie like 25+ times, but copied and paste the quote from Tv tropes)

The Equalizer is like John Wick except Robert uses battle tactics and traps to kill his enemies instead of just brute forcing with weapons and guns. This is a pretty good recap and I never skipped any second of it.
