My issue about casual duels is why doesn't it count towards your dailies? I don't have the time or patience to be running into 5 meta decks just touched up a little bit back to back. It's frustrating to go up against, especially when you're trying something new. Anyway, I love the combos you come up with and keep up the good work.

Rhyme make a dragunity deck. All the dragon rulers can be used now, you have to run 3 blasters, 2 tempest, one tidal and one redox for the deck to function and thats the only way it can function.

This card is really good in Dragon Link (and Branded). DLink is still one of if not the strongest deck in the game. So Dis Pater can be very meta.

I don't know what's worse in casual... Burn decks that either annoy you for a few turns or insta surrender, or the full on meta decks that decided they had enough of playing in ranked and want to make sure you remember fun is not allowed.

hands down meta decks in casual, Im there to play things that are fun or not viable normally. Burn decks are fine even if its something i don't see consistently, but people who play meta decks in casual are just sad. If it wouldnt be an absolute nightmare to code, i would argue casual deserves a more consistently updating (separate) banlist to prevent tiered decks from being able to play in it.

Dis pater didn't pop the Vanquish soul card cause it went back to hand, hence it is considered a different card than "that monster" that was on the field. Cards are always considered a diff card when they go from place to place (e.g. field to gy, gy to banish zone etc...) and few cards go through this barrier, Called by for example does it cause it says: "negate its effects" so it ties to the name of the card, like hard once per turns.

So to explain the Vanquish Soul thing, yes, Dis Pater does not state face-up card. In Yu-Gi-Oh though, when you target a card and it leaves the field through some means (returning to hand, shuffle to deck, or some more esoteric means like flipping face down) it is no longer THAT CARD that you targeted. So the effect resolves without effect. This isn't always positive though. Case in point a Dinosaur deck trying to destroy one of the baby dinosaur cards, for example.

I am a Kash player, and I'm getting back into my Thunder Dragon deck as I think I can make a pretty good Chaos deck with it with Bystials and whatnot. But for now I'll just be playing Kash with excellent cards such as Ground Collapse, Vanity's Fiend, Summon Limit, and Anti-Spell Fragrance.

Branded Bystial's become this psychotic Fusion/Synchro hybrid now when built in certain ways. Just wish that blasted Gimmick Puppet lock wasn't a thing, gonna be mad if it gets other important Branded cards hit because that's not the only card they can use to be assholes with their new Fusion monster. Pure Synchro Bystial's also a potential thing, especially with several options now for Synchro Summons on the opponent's turn(on top of the easily accessible Etude card you can also run Synchro Zone with them to be even MORE annoying).

just so you know, face down banished cards aren't considered "public knowledge" so to speak - although you can still see your own facedown banished cards to know what they are. This means you can't use "target a banish monster/spell/trap" effect on facedown banished cards, because those face down cards aren't "public", it's only viewable by you. However, there are effects that state "target banished cards" which do work on face down banished cards, however those are few and far between. Cards like Arise heart or necroface are good examples of this effect. With that being said, dis pater can shuffle a facedown banished card back without revealing it.

They need to shorten the timer. 300 seconds is ridiculous. I've had matches where they basically SS and in the time they are making their moves, I've gotten so much cleaning done. Cut the timer by half. Think quickly on your moves.

In dragon link this new card is crazy good. Played 15 games today lost only 3 times it is an extender with a negate which adds 1 more boss monster on your side of the field. Btw why don't you ever try dragon link? I think this is one of the best decks in combination with blue eyes and it is always a meta deck

I am/ was a huge Yu Gi Oh Fan. I wanted to play this Game one Time a few Years ago, then i saw how crazy the Gameplay/ Cards/ Logic or whatever is nowadays... One Turn takes Ages, you summon 23 Cards to offer 31 other ones to get that one Effect from that Card to get that other Card where you have to offer 400 other Cards to get a Card that gives you the Opportunity to get that other Monster on the Field that gives you that Effect where you can offer all Monsters on the Field you already have. Now you can draw 60 Cards to special Summon 50 other Cards to get the Effect to draw one Special Card that lets you offer that Card to get that Card .... it goes on ... and on ... and on .. and on :D Sorry im exaggerate like crazy but im so sad that the Yu Gi Go i loved and knew is completely gone :D I was a big Fan up the End of the God Cards Era with Marik and such, after that i lost all interest :O Yu Gi Oh had a lot of Combos and longer Chains of how to play the Cards but this Game nowadays is that like x100 :D

I've been trying mannadium and even though it's missing support, it's a pretty strong yet simple deck. I run the adventurer package in mine since it works well with synchro decks. First time I've actually used it though funny enough, just wanted to try it esp for when revolution synchron and crimson dragon come out.

Plenty of negates, easy to special summon, easy to synchro summon, draw plenty of cards, plus it's pretty splash-able.

@mustabindawind Pretty much agree with the other comment, it's a combo deck with a lot of search and draw power but susceptible to interruptions. The main cards (riumheart/visas starfrost) aim to destroy your tuners (meek/fearless) which can resummon other copies from deck and change the levels for synchros. It mixes with the scareclaw archetype with a main focus on synchro but with some links mixed in as well, like Lightheart for searches or Apollo for endboard. Notable cards are Accel Stardust for summoning Dis Pater, Baronne, Chaos Angel and Astraloud since it's an easy summon lv8 by banishing from gy. Visas Amritas is another main synchro card we don't have yet. Primeheart is the boss monster they released with the pack but don't see anyone really playing it. Didn't know you could summon without a non-tuner though so that's kinda cool because you can easily get 2 or 3 tuners on the field with the effects and field spell.

@@rhymestyle how then the eggs are lvl 1 blue eyes are level 8 thats lvl 9 the only way to do it is summon 2 level 1 monsters and an blue eyes monster syncro to lvl 9 and then syncro that one away for an lvl 10 thats a lot of resources for 1 monster and takes at least 2 turns since blue eys doesnt realy have ways to summon 2 lvl 1 monsters in 1 turn. so you would need to keep 2nd lvl 1 alive as well for an turn. its possible sure but it seems realy ahrd and incosistent to pay off especialy since blue eyes is already realy bad at the moment due to the field getting banished by th opponent and not much if anything that blue eyes can do agaianst it. either ay I have verry few ur gems and I regret wasting 30 on this card I cnat realy use:(

Branded players are definitely eating good today and D-link players with Bystial Dis Pater. I also think its funny they gave the animations all to the visas fusion and manadium which I naturally had to play with synchros being my favorite summoning mechanic. Plus if Im not mistaking psy frame omega is a soft once per turn so you should be able to rip another card by bringing it back with dis pater

Dis pater is amazing in mannadium too the fusion animation for visas looks dope but they definitely could've given the animation for primeheart to dis pater instead because primeheart is useless I played 2 duels with it just to use it and check out the animation and cut it because the Ed for mannadium is already tight enough as it is without a card that really doesn't do anything. Dis pater definitely giving baronne some competition for top synchro cards

@@seph2686 I have been enjoying Manadium since it came out its the only deck since Ghoti came out I actually saved my gems and cp for (still had to dismantle some😭). Its one of the few decks that can make Icejade Gymir Aegirine which is probably my top 3 favorite synchros. Being able to make baronne/dis pater/appolusa for 1 omni negate, a possible 3 to 4 monster negates and being able to protect from destruction and banishing is pretty insane. I honestly cant wait for visas amritama the deck's will very easily be top tier (probably not the best but a very good deck)

@StrangeSynergy agreed its an awesome deck my favourite right now flows so well with mannadium cards and scareclaw and can pivot through interruptions good depending on the hand and once the full board is set up its very hard to almost impossible for any deck to out. I have been seeing lots of board breakers like kaiju lava golem in dc but even with that it's still hard to beat because they have to then get through bodies (I suspect these to drop like every duelist Cup people take these in for the first few days then they drop off because it only is for combo decks and against things like back row these are useless) and if they don't otk then and there my follow up is links like dharc, unicorn, access code, maybe goddess and another vicious astraloud coming back with like 5 destroys with accesscode because even with a full combo generally leaves you with a couple starters for follow up. Definitely underrated not tier 1 I won't say because with its full support is when it'll be tier 1 but rn is definitely tier 2 close to tier 1 but again when it has the full support no doubt tier 1 deck and I also cannot wait but this is good to get the practice with the deck rn. I was practising before it came out and there's only so much you can learn or adapt until you play against opponents. For example the bystials are real popular rn and visas and reichheart are both prone to them riumheart too but they'll typically target visas starfrost and reicheart if they're good players so now I'm teching in ghost belles for prevention. Might get unlucky and they have another bystial but its quite rare tbh d link most likely to draw into 2x but 1 is usually a lubellion since they play 3x lubells and branded are also likely to just draw into 1 its serving me well so far against bystials. If I get interrupted by ash or imperm I generally have a plan b and with the right hand I'll have a plan c so very good deck I rarely make icejade because I use accel for bystial dis pater because of the revive and destroy or negate mostly but icejade has come up that card can seriously win games just on her own its actually quite nuts what aegrine can do

@@seph2686 Yea I usually will make aegrine using vicious astraloud and a meek that i reborn with cross sheep instead of chengying depending if I have reframing or not to banish on the opponents turn. then I bring back visas with dis pater use the lightheart reborn to go into a 3 mat appolusa. Its not great for follow up cause you wont be able to reborn with lightheart again but its still a solid board

Man, I am personally loving the new bystial stuff. I also cant wait for the new RDA support to be added, as rn, RDA Bystial is so fun, but it gets so much better with the support, like Red Zone, Crimson Gaia, Soul and Vision Resonator, and Bone Archfiend, and they work so well with Bystials.

Dis pater does have a animation....sort of It's alba zoa, who according to the albaz lore becomes dis pater as the final fight is happening (also they were both originally dogmatika maximus)
