Great story. I see their success in part is reflected in the concepts presented in the Traction book by Geno Wickam. Karen is the clear visionary and Frank is clearly the integrator. Every successful business need both. I can see their respective skill sets complement each other perfectly.

That was an excellent success story. There were many important words of advice and actions. My biggest take away was always be in integrity. I live my life that way. So happy to see a company that believes that as well. It's confirmation that I'm on the right track. Thanks

I enjoyed this popular episode and surprised it took me this long to view it. I am always searching for tactical information from podcasts, seminars and events. #1 Reinvest 1% of your profit back into your fixed expenses in each stage of your growth (contrary to corporate culture of expense reduction). #2. Hire someone who may make more income than you as the owner. Are you willing to take a 30-50% compensation reduction in order to 10X your business? Great example of emotional intelligence. Onward, Randy @ Skyline Building Care

I never heard so much vague fluff in one setting, what's the point of this video? What are we supposed to learn here? I looked their website up. They have 14 reviews on Google at 3 stars.

It sounds as though you’re at a point in your journey where you needed something tangible to take your next step. That’s fair. Where do you need the most help like…right now? Real talk.

@@gerrensprauve2520 How can I get funding for some major equipment and pay for marketing to bring in customers on a constant basis? Thanks in advance brother.

Sorry that you didn’t gain much value from this video. Some of these episodes are more for successful business owners to share their stories and give them a spotlight to speak on their journey from the beginnings to where they are today. Karen has a beautiful story. Her early on struggles to where she has reached today with the business is amazing. And having a partner like Frank by her side is the true definition of building a tremendous cleaning company. From scratch. That was the main purpose of this video. As @gerren mentioned let’s dig deeper into your needs. I don’t do much marketing for my own cleaning business, we focus more on branding, building relationships and building a network. Regarding funding. Have you thought about doing a leasing program versus buying. I say that because Sunbelt has developed a fantastic leasing program and they assist with the equipment maintenance as well which is a area many business owners struggle with. If you don’t have a equipment maintenance program, you start to create a machine cemetery

@@beatsoverlord Ok, there we go! Thanks for courageously sharing. As mentioned by RouteTV, Sunbelt really does help you bridge the gap between paying for your own equipment vs renting equipment for a job. You can invoice the customer as though you have your own equipment while only paying the daily/wkly rental fee (for it). That way, you can earn bigger profits and like Karen & Frank said in their video, put 1% of that job away to build up your future overhead needs. Secondly, marketing isn’t JUST a brochure, social media, words on your website. YOU are your companys greatest marketing asset! How you interact with your community, businesses, people is what’ll sell your company. People will want to do business with YOU, not just another cleaning company. So how you show up, how you add value to others… maaaaan, you’ll become sticky, attractive and people will want YOU around. We can dive into what that looks like on a daily, weekly, monthly basis, if you want. Thanks for sharing your emotion on the video. It lets us all know how to help. We all want you to win!
