Thank you for the interview ! I just found your channel. Im firmilar with Janitorial Store I used to watch their videos. Lots of golden nuggets here though. . I 100 percent agree that customer service is a must in any business. I moved up to PA two years ago from the Midwest(Minnesota) and what I can say is lacking here on the eastcoast is customer service and professionalism. It is non existent compared to what im used to in the Midwest. From small business selling food or products you have to go out of your way to get something done, or find something out or even buy something. I have called a dealership to get some info on a recall multiple times and either no one picks up the phone or they can't figure out how to transfer me to the right person. Still havent got through. When a business can't do the basics like pick up the phone and or answer a few questions professionally it makes you question their business as a whole and you are quick to find someone else to buy from and do business with. Like the gentlemen was talking about when he worked on his fathers truck stop, they took the few minutes to "warm" the customer up before they pumped the gas and ect..
