Nice concept the only issue i have is the color black. Black absorbs heat and in hot areas like the coast black is not the best color thats why you notice in very hot places even mombasa most buildings are painted white which is a color that does not absorb sun rays but repels them. I think they need to consider a different color alos it cuts down on AC bills as the hotter the room the more AC one uses. Otherwise beautiful concept something different at the coast. Well done

Interesting how this came out many years ago all the people that say they love it now said they would never live in it before. It can really solve a problem for most of the coastal places around the world that lack proper housing.

Absolutely stunning! The black paint gives them a sleek and modern look but it might not be the most practical choice for a hot coastal area. I would have painted them brown and incorporate a mix of blueish tones with an artistic abstract style. Including a pool is the cherry on top 👍🏾

In the video we spent quite a significant amount of time explaining that the hotel is on solar and power. This ensures that the ACs run all through if there is a need. Apart from that, they did triple insulation but even so, the use of AC helps by a mile.

@yenyong3454 this is advancement in technology that no one can pretend not to notice. You could call it capitalism, I think is a good way to live. In this situation particularly, shipping containers are circulated globally and some of them are abandoned along the way. When this happens, if someone doesn't find a purpose for them, they become a menace to the environment. Which one would you like better, sticking to our authentic ways of building or incorporating technology to more sustainable environment?
