So when extra space does a payment plan they have you sign a release of interest in the unit as part of the payment plan. the day you miss the payment, it becomes extra spaces property. It allows then to sell it quickly to avoid having to do a lien on it.

Yes that is Dali, very collectable.The Japanese piece as you called it looked like miniature terracotta warriors to me so not Japanese, Chinese and worth a lot.

Any computer equipment or electronics will be so old it won't be worth a cent. I feel like your group are scavengers, taring up perfectly packed boxes. No respect for the person who could not make the money to pay the debt. I hope you do loose money on this adventure.
