Here on the west coast, jigging is the way to go for big pacific yellow tail a lot of the time. Tady mustard and banana 6x for tuna also.

If you have a home that is close to the water or in a humid area the double sided sticky tape on the Simply Safe gear does not hold up well. I live on the Texas coast and we like to let the gulf breeze blow through our home in the winter and spring months. By doing that the tape will begin to be not so sticky. We had to order the indicators that actually had a screw mounted frame.

Please show us your collection of framed photo's on that blue wall, they look so great!! On another point, I caught a nice size amber jack a few years back and a king fish. Both had worms in them. Shouldn't have watched them filleting them. I gave them to the captain. Won't eat them ever again.

I don’t think people realize how big that king truly is. So many die hard fishermen will go their whole lives chasing a fish of that caliber and come up empty handed. It’s also sick seeing Matt and Eric putting clients on fish like that, they’re the best in the business!

Be very cautious, I grew up live bait fishing for kings in the 70s, I’m 57 now and we used to catch kings almost every day in spring and fall, I have eaten a ton of king nuggets, now I suffer from heavy metal poisoning, most likely came from the big kings and tuna we used to eat. Just saying be careful don’t eat a lot. They are loaded with all kinda crap these days. Kings were just put at the top of the do not eat list here in NC. Love your channel
