It's so awsome...that Vick prepairs 10 out of 10 with his fresh catch!....and builds life long memories with his family at the dinning room table!!! This is totally awesome!!!

Awesome video! It’s incredible to see the effort that goes into targeting swordfish at those depths. The use of the electric reel definitely highlights how technology can help tackle such challenging fishing scenarios. I’d love to hear your thoughts on balancing the thrill of traditional techniques with the practicality of tools like this. Keep up the great content!

Love the videos on the blue water, I am interested in the 25ft blue water. You guys are so lucky in Florida you run 10 miles and you’re in 1600ft deep. For me in new York we have to run 110-120 miles to get 1500ft deep. Keep up the good work vic and brook!

just curious Vic why couldn't you swordfish with your old boat if it's only 12 miles out from the harbor? Don't get me wrong it's so cool to catch a swordfish but the electric reel had all the fun. The electric reel makes sense for commercial fishing but for recreation purposes I don't know. Setting the hook is my favorite part
@48ranson16 сағат бұрын
Setting the hook and feeling the fight is definitely one of the most exciting parts of fishing! Electric reels can take some of that thrill away for recreational fishing. That said, they can make sense in certain situations, like targeting deep-dwelling swordfish where manual reeling might be physically exhausting or impractical for some anglers. I think it really comes down to personal preference and the experience someone wants. As long as the catch is respectful and sustainable, there’s room for both approaches.

When you're fishing with 13-1400 ft of line out, hand cranking would be insane.
