Great song written by Jerry for his brother just like he wrote Rooster for his dad. You should really check them out in their prime. Love Hate Love live is incredible.

The "Friends don't let friends get Friends haircuts" was referring to Metallica sitting in the front row with their newly acquired short haircuts. Mike was comparing them to the cast of Friends tv series. 🤘

Love the harmonies when the instruments stops and theres only Jerry and Layne singing. Magic of these two 🧡

Yes Jerry wrote this for his brother David. Ann Wilson provides the harmonies on the studio version- SAP.

thanks for doing this song, i think the only one reacting to this song. AiC have many great songs, but there aren't many reactions to these gems. I'm new to the channel, Thanks for choosing such a great track and good luck

Jerry created/wrote this, he wrote all the songs on the SAP Ep by himself except for an am I inside which Layne did the lyrics for. This was written for his younger brother David, just like he wrote sunshine for his mom and rooster for his dad. Jerry was the primary songwriter for the band their entire history. One of the best songwriters ever and the Jerry Layne duo was truly special, once in a lifetime pairing. Anyway nice reaction man, such a magical and unique band.

the vocals, to me, is like heroin for my ears. it's scary but so relaxing with a hint of anxiety because the pure pain in the vocals. its haunting but makes me feel so at home.

Another great performance that MTV Unplugged gave us (though another genre) is Björk's. If you haven't seen it, please do. It's like nothing else I've seen

AIC is a lot more metal than grunge!!! They get lumped in there due to the timing and al lthe bands being friends, etc...AIC was actually the first of the bands to come out. Their album Facelift went Gold (500, 000 copies sold) before any of the other bands released an album.
