@@elvingearmasterirma7241exactly what I was thinking - they're shorter than guys, not designed for their height.
@novacat5037
@novacat5037 Жыл бұрын
Shorter arms, even fully extended they barely lift you off the ground when your legs are bent at the hip, so you would need to bend more at the waist, which is much more difficult as instead of locking the core and the legs in one position, you have to either spin much faster. Basically, the height your arms can lift you is smaller, so the angle between your body and the floor needs to be more perpendicular, so you can't just lean and have your body mostly straight, or your butt will hit the mushroom, so you either have to stretch your legs to the right angle which is very difficult, or spin fast enough that centripetal force pulls your legs out to the right angle, which means that one wrong move and you go flying.

@sexypeople8036

A back walk over is not quite the same as a backhand spring, but they are very similar. In a back walk over it’s kind of slow and at some points your hands and feet are touching the ground at the same time, but a backhand spring you jump from your feet to your hands and back to your feet again. And it happens a lot faster.
