They disappear in 1 minute 😍 I cook them every weekend❗Very easy and quick! A popular homemade dessert that melts in your mouth in 5 minutes❗
► Recipe and ingredients:

100 g dried cranberries
70 g raisins
130 g plums
Soak in slightly warm water for 15 minutes
150 g hazelnuts
Dried dried fruits
20 g instant gelatine + 50 ml cold water
Mix well
Let the gelatine swell
200 g cottage cheese
260 g natural yoghurt, sour cream or fermented milk product. I use sour cream
3 tablespoons coconut syrup
Vanilla extract
2 teaspoons instant coffee
Chop with a hand blender
Melt gelatine in the microwave for 20 seconds. Gelatine should not boil!
Mix well
Add dried fruits
Add nuts
Mix well
Place in the fridge for 2-3 hours
85g chocolate
40 ml hot milk
Mix well
Decorate the cake with chocolate
Place in the fridge for 20 minutes

200 g each of dried cherries and dried apricots
Add warm water and let rest
20 g gelatine, ~70 g cold water
Stir and let stand for a while
500 g cottage cheese
30-40 g honey
150 ml cream (30-36%)
Mix with a mixer until smooth
~ 200 g dried pineapple
Drain the water from the dried apricots and dry
200 g soft plums
a few drops of vanilla essence
Melt the swollen gelatine
mix well
Divide the mass into two equal parts
Put half of all the dried fruits on one part
Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa to the second part
Add remaining dried fruit
I used a silicone cake mold
Pour both masses chaotically into the mold
Store in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight
The dessert is well frozen and can be easily removed from the mold
