This hits home hard- I also have these voices, I tried to do it but never really picked up a knife because I was to scared to at the same time, I just wanted to end it all, luckily I got therapy and that helped but the main reason why I felt like that is because at the time my parents didn’t know I had adhd so I struggled in school and at home, I got yelled at constantly and yes that causes trauma
