They FINALLY added Haru Okumura to Persona 5: The Phantom X

Haru is basically, if you are up against a group, go for skill 1, 3 then HL rotation, if it's up against one left, then 1, 2 then HL rotation. My team are Haru, Swimsuit Moko and that Guitar girl. And assit with futaba, i think the best team comp for assissting Haru's crit rate are having NAVI and Guitar girl in both awareness 1 to make the haru's needed crit rate be 16% around. then make haru's effect hit rate probably goes around 120-140%, then maximizing her damage probably.

You better have blessed me with Phoebe luck I swear to god, she’s coming home soon I can feel it. Also regarding Haru’s skill rotation, I believe the ideal rotation is; Skill 1, Skill 3, G U N . *ALSO* also, I’m that "W0nd3r" guy that added you the other day. Definitely didn’t base that username off of Aleks Le’s P3R playthrough..
