I’m noticing a lot of elderly in Barbados and the people look way younger as they get older a testament to the quality is life there and plus they probably got a great health care system and also fresh air and sunshine is a plus with daily walks as exercise and the social life is great. Proud to have roots in Barbados 🇧🇧 I’m born and raised in SVG 🇻🇨 but my paternal great grandfather is Bajan and i have family still there.
