I live on Marion and have for a while.. I HATE that this tournament wasn’t 4 weeks later.. DC if you think we got giants here you should see them in march and April it’s freaking amazing.. Marion holds so many 8-13 pounders it’s special.. also have 120+ lb catfish and 50+ lb stripe bass/ rock fish.

Been fishing Santtee and Cooper River since the early 90s and it is the hardest, but most rewarding bass fishing in the southeast. Grew up fishing Tennessee and Alabama lakes. Big difference is bass per acres. A lot of dead water on Santee. Hang in there DC. RTR!!!
