Andy prob the best dude to listen to daily if you’re doing sales. If youre just into “success” generally. But if you are actively doing sales I gotta say Andy is the no nonsense shit that works. He does it with energy first and that’s the big deal about him. But that typically can only be done if you’ve been selling a lot at a hi level for a long time. Props to Andy. Appreciate what you’re doing.

Andy's point is absolutely true. If something is your greatest thought, it by definition is above all other thoughts. Therefore action MUST follow! If action doesn't follow, you're being blocked by another thought, which means that what you claim is your greatest thought, is NOT!

I definitely understand where Andy was coming from! Even if I have put in action, but had a mindset behind the work that was negative such as "this just isn't working" or "this is just not fair" it tends to lead me down more of a negative hole and all aspects of my life are effected by it. I have gained and lost money and in both of those situations, my mindset or thoughts if you will were very different. Currently, I do struggle to get back into that positive mindset Andy is talking about due to me facing tons of challenges this year that unfortunately haven't panned out. The days I dread on this, are my worst days. The days I realize that I will soon be out of this situation (which I will) and crushing it in the future, are the best days! Thoughts create reality. Andy and Brad, Thank you for all you have taught me through your content and can't wait to shake hands one day.

Someone gets it!!! Absolutely true. They are both right. Andy is correct. Your belief system and perspectives need to be sharp otherwise you’ll go down a rabbit hole of negativity. I also suffer from negative thoughts too from challenges but those are just a testament of your beliefs. If your beliefs and mindset isn’t tested, then it’s not capable to handle your current challenges. If you pass, your beliefs are strengthened, if failed, you have to fix it. That’s why I look forward to bad days too, even though the suck, they show my weaknesses and now I can fix them to become better everyday. It’s really hard to improve and get better if you have no holes in your game.

Andy is right it all starts with your mind. If you were thinking about something ALL DAY you'd ask yourself what you need to do and start seeking information and take action.

Andy is right! Your thoughts control your actions! Nothing happens without the mindset. You have to have a thought before you act. Simple. So if your only thinking about stupid shit, your gonna have no chance to do anything right. If your thinking about doing the right things, that’s where it starts, and then things happen when you act on those thoughts. If you still don’t get it, let me help you. Do you think “get up” before you stand. Do you think “Shower” before you turn the water on? Do you think “i need to take a piss” before you go relieve yourself. You must have the right thoughts!

" Your life will always move in the direction of your greatest thought/thoughts" - Andy Elliot My interpretation of that is....whatever you're thinking of all day everyday, good or bad, will become your life. More importantly whatever thought you're thinking of constantly, you will eventually give it meaning. Once you give it a meaning, you create emotion. Once you feel that emotion, you will take action on it. Good or bad.

I agree with Andy, if you’re thinking about it all the time. ALL THE TIME, not once a week not once a day, not even once an hour, if you’re obsessively thinking about it.. it will control the direction you’re going. Thinking I want to get in shape occasionally for the day won’t pull you in that direction. Waking up and thinking it non stop, as you prepare breakfast, as you take the train to work, as you walk into the office, etc etc will take you in that direction. People don’t want it enough of it’s an occasional thought.

I typically enjoy Brad Lea’s content, but this video makes me recognize that Brad is clearly insecure; Andy responded with confidence & didn’t allow his negative demeanor to tear down. I can fully read the intent - Brad Lea was intentionally trying to steal his thunder so he could run the show. Typical Alpha move specifically when one is insecure. Don’t me upset that Andy’s following is rapid growing and he’s exceeded. Your attitude will keep you there just like your physique has remained where it is. He will outwork you every time.

@4:57 I think the leverage point of turning what you want to reality is where your physical action meets the intensity of your thoughts. I agree with what Andy Elliot says about the greatest thought and what direction your life is headed. Even the thoughts that are unconscious(unaware) we are held back by. So if you figure out your biggest belief behind a certain thought then the action will be able to be released. So the question after that statement is what is holding you back and what resistance do you have towards moving towards your goal. Is it self doubt, fear of judgement or just fear itself. Your current situation and experience are a result of your current thoughts, so if something good or bad happens it’s like a check engine light for your mind. What was I thinking that lead me to this experience. Taking full responsibility for your thoughts also is key.

Success comes from taking risks on your terms, not settling for a life based on taking risks on other’s terms. Elliot hits a crucial point that most of us miss, in that, mediocrity makes us numb. I agree with Andy about the thoughts. If you are constantly thinking about being in shape, you will follow people who are in shape, read fitness books, etc. Yes, action is the second part of the formula, but without the mindset to believe it can be done, you won't live in that space in your brain. Without the mindset, action takers will usually take the wrong action to hang around the wrong people and stay negative. It all starts with the mind..... period!

Andy is talking about having a higher awareness and how in having that you are able to inform your actions differently to get greater results in life. Massive action is imperative but ultimately, the results of wrong action or misinformed action is the result of wrong thinking. Cause & effect. When you raise your level of awareness, your thoughts have greater potential and so your actions have greater potential and so does your manifest reality. in short; your BEINGNESS, informs your DOINGNESS, which creates your HAVINGNESS

It required me stepping outside of being comfortable and taking risk. But it all started with me finally believing it. Don’t let your limiting beliefs control your actions. Massive action is needed they’re both correct but the premise is you become what you attract and you attract what you constantly put at the front of your mind. The person obsessed with being a movie star and never becomes one is probably incredibly focused on not making it as a movie star thus keeping it that far away instead of expecting to become one in the first place.

About the first couple minutes… the people who “dreamers” that don’t do anything ARE still being driven by their thoughts. They have all these goals and talk about the things they think they want, but there’s no real belief behind it. So their REAL thoughts are “I’m not really going to have this thing I want but it sounds nice.” Or they think “I want all these things if only this and this would go my way, then I can have this thing I want.” Andy is still right. Also. If I’m “thinking about success” all day, you’re still thinking about all the excuses for why you don’t have it yet, you still suck. He was “thinking about getting buff” and never did it, because he also had excuses in his THOUGHTS for why he’s not getting in the gym, changing his eating habits, etc.

Andy has definitely reflected on how he got to where he is now, I'm certain he came to the conclusion that when his midset was bad he was on autopilot doing the things that didn't move him forward. The so called "doing" for those who are not who they want to be or are unhappy for one reason or another or have an excuse or reason, the doing happens when self improvement becomes the most prevailing dominate thought. It does not happen when you just think about it. It's common sense and doesn't need to be explained. If you lie to yourself, then that's your most prevailing thought, "denial." The truth is dark. Own it, Brad! Andy let you get off easy for the benefit of everyone else.

Andy’s right about the thoughts however I think the underlying thing that stops people from following their dreams is the issue of self-worth at a very core level. So we might be thinking about our dreams all day long, but underlying that is I don’t actually deserve it/not worthy. It’s a core belief across the board in every area of our lives. And the moment we start telling ourselves the opposite that yes I do deserve that, I think that might propel us into action

Thoughts aren’t all that are required but Andy’s right. What you think about if it’s going to better you then you should act on it if you don’t then that’s your problem. Get off your ass and do it. Put the work in. Mindset is everything though. It’s hard to go anywhere with a negative mindset. Mind, Body, Spirit. Fix yourself and it will fix your situation
