Hardware startup is really hard. Hats off.

This video was directed incorrectly. No product demo, no hands-on usage, no comparison to other robot vacuums. Hey, it's a HARDWARE startup, show us the hardware!

Hello, this is Dowon, the producer of the video. Thank you for pointing out important aspects of the story. In the next story, I will make sure to show more hardware. I appreciate your valuable feedback.

@@DowonPD I was secretly hoping to see a mini Shark Tank episode here. The pressure is also on the founders to explain what makes their product better and where they fit into the marketplace. They were just sharing their story, but what about their competitive advantage, who they're competing against, do they intend to take on Dyson, what's the end game, etc.

The co-founders of Matic highlight an essential truth about hardware startups: the integration of hardware and software isn't just beneficial, it's necessary for creating impactful solutions. Their focus on solving real problems underscores the path to creating not just a product, but a market revolution 💡.

TBH this level 5 vision is an overkill for a robot vacuum. The height of this robot will not be able to get under my sofa or book shelf, so do I clean it manually? Then what’s the point of the robot? Have they asked what the consumer wants? Consumers want an AIO which can vac and mop the floor with minimum hassle.. China recently show case a robot station which extract water from the air, which the robot will use for mopping. And when it’s done the dirty water gets dehydrated, and the remaining dust will be sucked into a bag which can store 6 months worth of dirt.. this is what customer wants, a robot that does all the cleaning, with minimum maintenance from user. No dirty water to mess with, no special drainage needed for robot, and etc… if an area need spot cleaning just use the app to direct it there via the map that’s it.. or I will clean it personally. Not sure how this product is going to survive the real world test by consumer..

For 6 year you are working on the technology. But already there are many products similar to it . What special your product is ? . Why someone should buy your product but not other . Through out the interview , you are talking about hardware industry. But not about your product 😊

Sorry but this product is a piece of shit compared to roomba, it’s like an expensive version of roomba, they got investments just because of their network, nothing more than that, no one tells you the dark side of startup hustle
