Can post patch blue Goku be next? Kaioken is pretty spicy, depending if the matchup allows for it. Also: - wild sense & ultra movement can be procced and evaded by 1 square/X + guard directly afterwards (may need more hits , if wild sense doesn't procc). Any amount of punch inputs followed by guard prompts a snap-vanish (teleports behind the opponent). This is nice to combo with instant transmission. - MUI airpalm is untechable - "I'll beat you in 5 seconds" is mostly used after a stun, like leg sweep or gut punch (3rd smash move, iirc).

To get up off the ground earlier, press block (and I think in a direction too) and you'll roll to a stand! Some moves and combos don't let you do this because they're a hard knockdown, but I hope this helps.

Perceptions and guards, when timed, move your player character to the position of the opponent. The U.I Goku was seemingly doing that. And it's a really good way to punish mashers and aggressive Z-burst dash users if you have enough skill points. This leads to a lot of higher level moments that are basically just using step-steps and version of dragon dashes to open up your opponent, among other things.

From what i can gather, the current Sparking Zero meta requires a way to either circumvent this movement meta (where you're trying to outplay this tech), keep your opponent at a distance, have access to ki-restoring moves and or be the best type of overall fighter. Characters like SSJ4 Gogeta, Vegito Blue and U.I Goku are meta for this exact reason.

To use the skill effectively I'd recommend you do it while at sparking and then do a skill immediately when there's an opening

Use sidestep more often, you should use lift punch into Justice combo. After sidestep you can do any triangle attack u want. If your opponent lays on Ground or got leg sweeped press forward and Triangel to Pick him up again. If youre opponent is using super counter a lot try using different combo Routes and should use the Standard square combo less often Instant Transmission is op in this game, dont know how often i got out of an ult with it or just used it after opponent fires super and Hit him with super myself
