Out at a busy train station (St Pancras) means loads of people and loads of noises - mainly train brakes! Got to try out my perfect pitch before heading into my piano cover of JVKE Golden Hour. Love that the couple stopped to listen with a kiss, and then sealed off my performance with a kiss too! Glad I could play a music background to their life. Also, so cool that someone recognised me! The couple walking down told my dad that they wondered if it was me playing when they head the piano, and it was! How cool is that?

The amount of emotion in this cover is amazing. You can feel all the different emotions in this cover when the crescendo's set it and the decrescendo's come in, it's just perfect. And the amount of musicality is insane. The higher octaves the lower octaves at 1:10-1:19 is so beautiful. All of it mixed together makes this the most beautiful cover of Golden hour I have ever listened too.

This is one of my favorite songs by JVKE. I can’t believe more people didn’t stop to listen to his beautiful piano playing. That’s the problem with our lives we are so busy running here and there that we don’t take the time to stop just for a moment, and take in the beautiful sights and sounds going on around us. I’m guilty also of doing this. But I’m trying to take my own advice. First time hearing you play the piano. That was beautiful!

@@janicehotchkiss3786 Hi Janice. You know I never got into listening to piano playing. Maybe because I’m young or I always associated it with classical music more or less. But recently I have been checking out some of my favorite songs of today being played on the piano. I gotta say they sound really beautiful, kind of like I’m hearing them for the first time again but differently. Not sure if that makes any sense. I’ve been doing the same with some violin covers of my favorite songs. Another instrument I didn’t get into, also with the same beautiful experience. When I mention it to my friends they reply with how does our beautiful blossom get into that. My friends started calling me that in high school, so I decided to use it for my KZbin acc. He really does play beautiful. Will be checking out more for sure.
