I think this deck needs heartless summoning. It reduces the cost of your important creatures by 2 making it so you can get more out of tour hand faster. The trade off is that you lose bowmaster.

I really like this idea but does it mean you cut Ancient Tomb? Seems like a nonbo with it. I'd honestly want to run 4 Dark Rituals, 4 Heartless Summoning, 2-3 Chrome Mox and maybe run some Cabal Rituals? Then play ~20 swamps and a couple of Castle Locthwain?

Loved this content for flavor reasons! For future brews: before playing any games you see the curve's overcrowded at 3. That leads to predictable mana problems. 13 3s are uncuttable (pump knights), so there isn't room to support Necro. As you saw. Better to cut Necro+March for early interaction (Vexing Bauble or Chalice). It's frustrating to see fun brews lose to mana screw and not get to do the thing. Smoothing out greedy curves produces brews less likely to stumble, which should improve content!

A few months ago I wanted to try a similar deck but with sarevok, deathbringer and some baubles. Sadly sarevok isn’t on MTGO so I never tried it.

hardened scales and collected company are my favorite cards with nazgul in historic, might see if i can get necrodominance to fit in my nazgul deck but it might be too color intensive.

Smart read from Phil. Could be either, but there were subtle tells like no interaction, no creatures, no Troll cycle. Just duals & cantrips is rare sequencing from a fair deck and more common for combo. What fair decks keeps a hand with no threats & no counters and still finds none after digging?

I feel like you missed out on the only way Nazgûl actually do well where you have multiple enter the battlefield simultaneously. Not that that is a particularly easy or consistent thing to do.
