The father's personality played an important role in the success of this family of brothers. At the beginning, in many cases the family had more fame than talent. Entering the NBA, Lonzo was not the legit #2 in many fans eyes. Many was feeling Fox. However I definitely respect Lonzo for taking the college route and his success in college. And although the youngest brother is the best of three the fact that he's 6'7 at the guard spot makes him hard to ignore! That plus he has the highest ceiling of the 3. As for Gelo. His biggest mistake was not sticking with college. He actually has the best shooting form of the 3. I believe patience should have been his biggest tool not shortcuts. Beginning with the conventional way through college! (Like Lonzo). Note: His other 2 brothers are tall guards with unique passing skills that get rebounds and positions them for triple doubles. However on the offensive end, his game is about receiving the ball "from the guards" and then also what can he do after receiving it. Plus no one talks about his rebounds and some have said that he is lost on the defensive end and somewhat slower a foot. I believe his chances would have been better staying with college to properly learn the game and fundamentals on both ends of the floor. Unlike his brothers he would need to know the shooting guard AND forward spot. And to be honest from high school to Detroit. It appears that he does basically the same thing. Not a lot of expansion in his game. Just an opinion.
