Even in the NBA, Nick Young had a handle and shot that you can't get from other NBA players his size. He just never had the work ethic to be a defender or an efficient passer. So, when his scoring declined, he essentially lost the only valuable thing he had to keep him in the league.

I think Nick Young would have been a different player if he was drafted by the Spurs, had Tim, Tony, Manu under their wing or was with LeBron in Cleveland or Miami.
