Frigga seems like a card that can be run in a lot of decks but while not required in the decks that run her, she gives a large boost to the decks that do

Shes basically like Iron Lad. A card that acts as a 2nd card of whatever it hits except unlike Iron Lad who has a bit of RNG due to hitting the top of your deck, Frigga lets you target what to copy including any added power they got but with the downside that you need to play them next turn.

the deck around 8:40 is one i thought of as well but it didn't work as good as i hoped. Basically get as many points to the move cards as possible when before their placed, but it relied on you drawing specific cards to much. Like elsa bloodstone or shuri

One combo I've liked with her: Hulkbuster and Frigga on 5 lets you copy whatever card you Hulkbustered allowing you to get a +3 power of whatever it hit to use for turn 6.

in the discard build you could copy morbius, too! way better option than lady sif! and in the thor builds you could copy thor instead of the hammer and play thor hammer in the last turn if you did not draw odin or something - the hammer will buff both thors! (only once though ...)
