One of the reasons the jumpscare at 22:36 is so effective is because the player has agency in it. Most jumpscares happen *to* you, whereas that one waits for you to do something. If you're making the movements, it's far more likely that your guard is somewhat down.

Best Exit 8 game thus far. All of the anomalies were made in such a way that you could see them as if you were driving normally. Majin means nobody and that is your destination. The phone call at the begin asks you to wake up, followed by a 3...2...1... I feel like the has to do with Hypnotherapy, which is a type of therapy to help someone become more aware, which kind of goes along with the whole Exit 8/Route 8 gameplay where you have to pay attention to things.

Would love to see you follow-up on this to get all the remaining anomalies. Maybe also try intentionally making the wrong choice when you know there's an anomaly, like maybe the hitchhiker or the one with a bunch of people crossing signs (and especially with the woman staring at you), to see if it does something special like it does with hitting the deer.
