Can Mohan Majhi match Naveen Pattanaik? To me, he seems like a stooge who has been set up by Amit Shah Jain. A strong vocal educated leader is required to not get frightened in front of the elites and the corporates. Similarly, a strong president like Dr Kalam or Pranav Mukherjee is a must for heading the country.
