This is exactly my thoughts. I live in a beach town in New Zealand. There is a house here in a prime location. If it had of had basic maintenance it would sell easily for over $1 million, even the land alone would be over 600,000. Apparently the owner lives in America, never visited. Meanwhile there's people living with their families in cars. They could at least knock it down coz it hasn't been touched in decades.

You never know sometimes the family gets caught up legal disputes over the property, sometimes the owners passes away there is no one to claim it. You just never know …. Property laws can get really complicated.

I heard about your families sad news and I just want to say hang in there. I know it is tough and ugly sometimes to deal with someone who suffers from this. I spent 40 years working in that very field. There is not one perfect case they have to follow;. So you will see a lot of trial and error on matching people up with the best kind of medicine at the time of presenting. All I can suggest is to be patient and tender no matter what her symptoms are each day. Many prayers and best wishes for an easy outcome for you all. By the way you did a great job on improving that place.

Hi Robert, your such a fantastic guy, don’t you just hate it when the strimmer cord keeps braking, I use ALM 2.4mm Bi comp strimmer line cord, it’s been my best cord so far. Robert I was having the same problem with my weed eater. I was using the speed load head from echo model 500. It kept melting the string and wading up. Found it was the spindle nut melted plastic center of the head. Poor design but echo will exchange it for the 400 or450 model if you can get with them. Found it was easier to just buy another head I use the 400 model. Hope this helps you out Great video 👍👍👍
