Here’s the issue with the under 16 law… you don’t get in trouble for not abiding by it nor do your parents, the companies do So the government basically just fines the companies until they make a system which prevents people from lying about their age And you don’t get in trouble if you already have an existing account… (It may have been tweaked but this is the info I got out of it)
