"Burgundy" is a can't miss. Also "Matte Black" is top tier. Matte Black has a lyric video and a regular video. The regular vid is super cool but the lyric vid assures you catch everything so I might go that route. Their beats are so hard. A serious amount of killer songs ("Will You See the Rose in the Vase or the Dust on the Counter?", and "Fucking Your Culture" for example). My daughter put me on these dudes and she's right, they're dope af. Super unique with the flows and the harmonies and the fantastic beats from Scrim. Oh and the "standing in my grave like I ain't 5'9" bar references their record label Grey 59. You'll hear them say "throw 3 fingers in the air for the 59" all the time. They from New Orleans. The "59" references I-59 which runs through there (and through my city too). They were some serious drug addicts and living hard. They finally cleaned up but they still spit plenty of gangster shit. You know all the white boys down here are carrying so it ain't no lie. After you hear a good bit of their music you see how they really do stand out. Totally independent too. Both also have other projects; Scrim has a solo joint and Ruby put out a couple of punk rock records as DUCKBOY. And PDP, I'm right there with you. I just want to watch my lil girl and boy grow up. These evil politicians need to quit starting shit with everybody in the world just so they can profit off it. My daughter starts college in 2 weeks. I ain't come this far to blow it up now. University of Alabama, Roll Tide fools.
