I think the pink glass "vase" with the hole in the top is for cotton (14:50). It used to come in a roll and you thread it through that hole and pull off what you wanted. Before cotton balls.

I love watching your videos because I live in louisiana and since Hurricane Katrina in2005 my family (& I’m sure all families in the area) lost all their families treasures and heirlooms because of flooding.. I see so man items that I can remember seeing in my grandparents and other family members homes growing up.. it’s also very hard to come across vintage items in thrift stores in the area when no one has vintage things and the few things with memories attached that they do have I imagine they wanna keep..anyway ur videos are great..

I was at a local (since I live in a small town, anything within half an hour away is local;-) flea market a couple of days ago and had the pleasure of seeing uranium glass and its glow in person....Ive seen it on many many of your videos but had NO idea just how magnificently beautiful that glass is......its not until you see it in person that you can really appreciate just how incredible it is.....I was totally amazed and in awe!!!....thank you for another wonderful video!!...:-D

If you ever venture to the far north.....Wisconsin. Columbus Antique Mall & Museum. (was the Columbus Canning Company Factory built in 1910) 78,000 square feet, 18 rooms, 3 floors, over 400 booths. Open 7 days a week 8am - 4pm. (Johnny Depp filmed part of "Public Enemies" movie in Columbus. They bought props from the mall & re-donated them, I think) Don't know if they take credit cards.....better to check first.

@@peggypeter8070 ceramic has a chemical in it so it changes colors based on weather. It goes from white to pink to blue when it rains and turns another color yellow when its sunny and green when its snowing. I was 3 when my mom bought one. So cute!
