Also I feel like they’re hesitant because they had already stated before they would only include 1 relationship with the characters (which was originally going to be either mirage and rampart, or wattson and crypto) but then they started adding all of these hints and interactions, and storylines, and now it’s just impossible to only have 1 relationship

Bloodhounds never been addressed as a girl or guy, even after they’re voice or face will be revealed, they will always be non-binary. But the only reason a lot of apex fans are using they/them for bloodhound is because they believe that apex is just trying to “hide” bloodhounds gender, and Respawn, despite both confirming it on their Twitter and the VA confirming it, we’re still dealing with issues to when they first released they’re apex trailer of bloodhound even though barely anything gave it away about bloodhounds “original sex” or whatever. On top of that, keep in mind that plenty of female voices can be naturally lower pitched and raspier. Also > bloodhounds vocal cords were damaged, you’d have to read up on the lore because it states that somewhere.

I like how Bloodhound’s real voice still sounds ambiguous, like it doesn’t sound overly feminine like a straight up female voice but it also doesn’t sound overly masculine like a man’s voice as well. It’s inbetween in a way. 50/50 male and female. That’s a good way to keep Bloodhound non-binary. Still to me Bloodhound voices leans to the masculine side. *I see* them as a born male.
