Warzone pacific has so many problems specially with PlayStation, error, glitches, weapons look like Minecraft, I can’t even get CP points from the season I buy i get everything also but not the CP. so terrible.

@JGOD The problems console players have with their games crashing is because the have that new graphics setting “On demand texture streaming” on they have to disable it I did that and I haven’t had any problems since the game plays perfectly besides we can’t use our normal load out but I hope for the mixed mode to come out soon! Can’t believe we don’t have an fov slider yet and a next gen version of the game for PS5 and Xbox. On ps5 the game feels like a ps4 game such a shame I advise people who are on console don’t play the game until they address fov it’s so fkin terrible and pc people that say stop complaining turn your fov to 80 and play

Bloom sounds like something an evil developer would add into a game to make people mad. I can’t imagine a single cod player ever thinking “I wish my bullets had a random chance of not going where I aimed”

Exactly! Bloom is supposed to be one of several mechanics to even the playfield. But IMO if a good player gets now random bullets who does not go where they aim, a bad player will be even more penalised besides ever now and then a random lucky headshot due to bloom.

THEORY: I feel like the “single clusters” (which struck me as odd from the start) aren’t from enemies; they’re anti-camping hazards created by the game. I noticed the pattern that there’s one cluster every time a player stayed in one region too long. Or it could be randomized, but it doesn’t feel like it’s from enemies.

There are definitely some problems with Caldera. They brought in features from flashback, a for fun gamemode instead of things from iron trials, which were actual good changes. If people cant buy loadouts until a certain time then the ground loot needs to be good. All the loot in iron trials is at least usable because of the extended mags and loot in verdansk CW season 6 was good because it had the meta weapons as ground loot (EM2, OTS, AK47). Lots of these vanguard base ground loot versions are absolutely awful. Next there is so much verticality, places to hide and buildings have too many rooms. Takes forever to finish fights especially at the start and the game just becomes third party city. Then the guaranteed fire sale means everyone will just get a free res and every single person late game will have self res. They really dropped the ball on a lot of things, some are easy fixes and I hope they make the changes.

Yeah, free self revive is a pain. Had it two times the first evening that I downed a team in Duos and wasn't able to finish it off when my own teammate was already dead. Not a problem for better players I guess, but people not having to work for a powerful gear like self revive doesn't make sense.

The base is too slow for me, but I think I'll get used to it. However instead of restricting the purchase of the loadout in the first round, they can increase its price to just slow down that process. Like instead of 10k, make it 25k until the first loadout drop. Also bloom is very annoying for long range interactions. I wouldn't mind sticking with 5 attachments if it means removing the bloom from Warzone.

I was quite happy playing verdansk for a couple of hours and enjoyed it each time. I find Vanguard royale isn’t that great and I’m ready to check out other games. The guns aren’t great, the constant noise from the bombing, hard to see people as it seems too bright and lots of bushes. It’s a real shame as I’ve been playing verdansk since it came out and i feel like I’ve lost my favourite game.

Here's the problem I have with the loadout change...the looter shooters like Apex and pubg have attachments that drop that you can use to customize the floor loot. Warzone's floor loot is not upgradeable... that's why the loadout system is crucial. The game feels off now that we have to wait to buy loadout. This change misses the mark and the normal BR rules need to be reverted. Leave the gimmicks in Vanguard Royale, but keep the Warzone BR the way it was

Warzone is brutal. No FOV other shooters that came out this year including vanguard movement is faster. When I’m playing I feel like I’m in quick sand. It’s hard to spot enemies. I’ll be playing other things this holiday season unfortunately.

The game is a lot more interesting when you’re not getting stomped by sweats with meta loadouts immediately. I think the change benefits a lot more people than it upsets (ie: streamers, pros, sweats who play 6 hours a day)

And that was what made the game fun. You were forced to be fast paced. If you weren’t you had a disadvantage. Now with all the ground loot being complete trash, it’s boring just about the first 10 minutes of the game. Then IF and I say IF you get your load out, you’re spending 90% of your time scaling these pointless hills, running around aimlessly. Only to be killed by someone hiding in a bush because there are so many. Worst update ever.

When you see those random cluster like alert on the minimap thats actually incoming bombing run (totally AI) but we're on spectator mode so we can't see the alert

Those are the random in game clusters that fall on people. It happened to both guys you were spectating. One was when you thought someone threw a heli or naded and the other when you thought someone used a UV and clustered the last guy

I wouldnt mind the loadout drop change if you can add attachments to your ground loot guns (barrels, optics, stocks, extend mags, -silencers- etc) like in Apex Legends. Otherwise how they implemented this is HORRIBLE. And they're not gonna change so better get used to it, look how long it took them to nerf the DMR, AUG

The map is okay. The ruleset (ie loadout delay) and dogshit VG weapons are the problem. People dont understand that warzone in its entirety was designed from the ground up with MW gunplay and movement in mind. When you try to introduce other games’ content into the universe that never contemplated those variables, of course it will ruin the balance. IW please save us next year with the proper next installment of Warzone. I’m gonna say what everyone is thinking but wont admit because they are in DENIAL. Warzone was at its absolute best when it was limited to MW guns on Verdansk. Nothing will ever touch that experience except hopefully MW2 next year.

It's still very glitchy. I played a handful of games last night and we had weapon skin disappearing, weapon skin becoming a bunch of spikes, not being able to pick up items and not being able to revive teammate causing a wasted self-revive.

Can you talk about the state of Warzone on console, not only have we got no FOV slider, the Frame rate is capped at 60 and barely hits it on Xbox Series X after the new update, it is in a far worse state than Verdansk on next gen

FPS is 120 on next gen (if your monitor supports it) but either way, that zoomed in fov is horrible. Almost unplayable in that state, or maybe that’s just me since I haven’t been on 80 FOV for months (when I quit warzone).

Single cluster are from airplanes above. They were added before last weekend and announced through a tweet from Sledgehammer if i remember correctly. The clusters seems to work as anti camping weird mechanics or more probably they are randomly dropped on players' heads. All the complains regarding footsteps began with this event with airplanes

The guy with 16 kills was put in the position I felt I was in 90% of the time...and that's crossing an empty area that has mesh and thin tries that you can just shoot through and get held from hills. Even if he ended up pushing left his option wouldof still been to cross an area with absolutely no cover for about 100 meters. He may have evaded enemies a bit better on the left, but if lil ol Timmy in the building saw him n mounted up, that obviously better player would have still lost due to lack of cover.

Jgod I agree they need to ditch the bloom, that as in real life depends on recoil and trigger pull. The bullet will always go where the barrel is pointed at time trigger is pulled. Excluding windage and rotational bullet drift..depending on range. As for floor loot. They need to add attachments as loot to improve bace gun loot. And add a fov slider or set all pc/con to a set equal fov.

I don’t understand why everyone is crying bout the loadouts. I’m not a BR purist at all but people are acting like you don’t get loadouts within 5 mins in the map. The ridiculous amount of money you get also makes it easier because once it unlocks you can buy a loady then head to the free one. The pacing is fine…people are scared to adjust using loadouts as a crutch. I’ve played BR quads and already as a team dropped 67 kills and we felt we could’ve done better. If you’ve made it this far one thing I will say is to help pacing they need to make all vehicles besides heli more viable.

Honestly I'm happy with it, since you can't have ghost for 1 round, that's my main hunt time now lol. I like the fact that uav is totally trustworthy for one whole round. Also happy with vanguard royale mode, happy to see cw weapons excluded from battle (well mw excluded as well but those I don't have problem with)

I wish we could get Loadout a little sooner, but I understand why they did it. Running into super good players with their loadout before first circle even closes was annoying. This new map fits my play style a little more. You get in more fair gunfights in this map as opposed to getting absolutely shafted when going into specific areas. Going into the village with the school or going into Downtown almost always meant you were going to die. I personally think they should add squads of 5 to up the pacing, that’d be nice to add more friends.

Judging how the map plays two days after release is a bad idea. People don't know the map so they are exploring and dicking around. Once people learn you should go hunt early instead of gathering money it will get much better.

If streamers had their way they would spawn in with loadout a bounty and an uav. I think it's a good change to get use to the map without being hunted down 30 seconds after you drop by TTV who has his loadout, bounty and squad who play the game 10 hours at a time.
