Starling Bank is AMAZING. I downloaded the app about a year ago and created my account but didn't use it until about 2 months ago. It's now my main bank account. Brilliant innovation.

BRILLIANT it's so amazing really high level of fraud protection because you see each transaction live on your phone. You control everything as a user. Talking to the bank is so easy and they actually reply and help. Can you actually believe that from a bank. This really is the future.

I joined last week after looking for a way of using a card for mainly travel or putting money in it without using my main bank card there are no bank charges using abroad and you can lock the card if there is anything suspicious and you get immediate alerts on transactions made plus sharing and paying with other people is really very easy to do. My only concerns regarding this service is that its difficult to get hold of human customer service from what I've read but can't personally comment on that as yet as I haven't tried it so fingers crossed.
