This is not the place for these runners to be using. I don't understand why they allow them to run through there! I have seen this numerous times with these runners. Why not ban them from running through the courtyard at all. They know what she looks like now, she most likely does this everyday. Arrest her for disobeying the officer.

No one can arrest anyone because the armed police to busy huddle in there cluster not watching people like pick pockets or making sure the horse guard are keeping people out of the box....only time you see them is when the changing of the guard to help the trooper when he come out to get the people out of the way for the changing of the guard then some times none of them are around a people are in the way for the change of the guard...so sad.
