So this whole challenge is a reference to one of my favorite roguelites / shop simulator called Moonlighter. The Moonlit Mirror is an item in that game where you can shove in items during your dungeon runs to get quick coins at a reduced value compared to selling it normally back at your shop. It is a very cool game, you should check it out sometime!

I don't know if he figures this out in the video, but the way the little guy works is that he sells something every few rooms, and the price of the item is less depending on how much money you give him. And because of this mechanic, he most likely does have a maximum coin count that forces him to sell when he reaches 1 cent price? I believe they start at normal shop price. If I recall, I think he also has a mechanic where he takes keys and bombs to use to unlock golden and stone chests?

I played OoT a lot as a kid and got it again on GameCube in '03. I was 16 when it came out on 3DS and picked up casual 100% speed running a few years ago. Now I play randos every once in a while, I adore the game to this day.
