They Stole Our Rv Spot Twice?! I Can't Believe It!

Leaving Northern Georgia and heading to Kentucky to finally go visit Mammoth Cave National Park.
Never in the 5 years of us traveling in our RV have we had this happen to us!
We booked an RV site and got there and someone was already there. We left that RV park and drove to a different one and our spot was already occupied there too...
You will have to watch the video to see if we find an RV spot!!!

Talona Ridge was one of the most beautiful parks. Unfortunately we had a local attempt to break and steal gas. I caught him before, told the officer, didn’t seem to care, no security at all by the way. The cops couldn’t do anything either. Oh well just wanted to share. Make sure you bring your on security measures if you go……

Oh no that’s no fun! Things do happen at many different rv parks all around the states. We have had a few wild things happen near us and to other rvers… but things also happen in neighborhoods. We use WYZE cameras + our vehicle has a camera system that records. Just being precautionary should be a rule for RVing.

Thank you so much!! ☺️ Our Aspire is a 2022 we love it. We have switched out the dinette and recliners to a table/hideaway bed and a jack knife couch. Made it work for our family. ☺️

I’m so glad we made it a stop! KY is so pretty and the caves were so much fun! Minus seeing the huge cave crickets 😂 Never seen a cricket that big!

I see you started out from Talona Ridge. I was looking at one of those very same spots for over the 4th next week until I spotted how they had all of the campsite hook ups on the wrong side and don't mention it in their site description. Found out that the entire campground is booked full anyway. Decided to just stay home and avoid all the traffic. 🙂

The Resort is definitely worth it when you go; it’s beautiful and we will definitely be returning but I’ll be looking at sites at the top level for those views (plus being by the pool area)
