Just wondering, would a winch help pull up something like that? Idk and am an old lady. Subbed. Scrap here's a story you don't hear everyday. Mom dad and kids work their butts off on farm, everybody goes on in life and finally ,my Mom and Dad who have successfully after both working two jobs most their life having 8kids, farm bought in 1963, 198 acres, hang onto 105 acres and of off final mortgage payment at age 83 and age 82. Mom sells land to 3 brothers, sons, ea make a payment and the 3 is in charge of taxes, is her son who is a work aholic but alcoholic also. Mom passes away, 3 yrs later at my dads 91 birthday while he's in the hosp with a stroke fighting that Bronchitis or his life. My brother doesn't tell a soul he's about to loose the land because he forgot to pay the taxes on time. $ 12,300 for 105 acres, sold at tax auction for $169,000. My Dad says it's ok, he's already forgiven him. I've never held anything against him his whole life but a bottle that's always tipped I have, because I know he has my brother in a choke hold. I wish at the end here I had a testimony for you to hear, but instead I have a request from power of prayer belief, please pray for my brother MDW. Thanks man!

My mother had that kitchen table set also, I don't think that I would have remembered that if you hadn't said something about it. Thanks, it brought back so many memories of my child hood days at that very moment you mentioned that you had a set like that in your home. I'd forgotten about those days, They were tough times, but, they were "Real Family" times. Without even knowing you have opened a flood gate of heart felt emotions of the past that I didn't know I had."WOW". I lost my Mother on Jan. 12th 2021 she had Alzheimer's then she contracted covid-19, and it was to much for her to handie. I haven't mourned of her passing, and I don't know why, Not until you brought up that chair and all those memories came rushing forward. Thank You my Brother! Thank You. Gods speed.

Hey ! When I was scrappin' a few years back, I would unload my trailer in my garage and take everything apart. Plumbing fixtures contain a lot of brass and you would get next to nothing for it unless it was stripped down. I dfid the same with aluminium storm doors, computer monitors, vacuums, electric motors, extension cords etc. Grills, or BBQ's, are studded with brass as well. I made a lot of money doing that. I would fill garbage cans full of all the different metals... I loved it !

Cash register drawers: Note for later. Single Point Of Sale machines like that have a drawer latch release on the bottom, it's either a rectangular or round hole near the back that you either push or pull a tab. Mind you this is ONLY useful if it hasn't been locked with the key on the front, but that is somewhat rare. In this case at 32:04 you can see the inset rectangular hole with a tab just inside. WAY easier than trying to smash open a semi fortified drawer.

Most cash registers have a little lever on the bottom to open the drawer. I think they are put there for power outages and such. Also, the knobs on that washer are worth more than the washer itself if you sell them on ebay. You just need the part numbers.
