Thanks for checking it out! It was in a bin at my hardwood store with all the wood marked tigerwood. Also had a sticker on it too. I’m far from an expert on exotic woods, so it’s possible that it was misclassified

That tear-out on the router table can be mostly avoided by using a sacrificial backer board.
