It is amazing how many people think that bleaching and colouring their hair is an easy feat. Why do hairdressers have training? And then their amazement when it doesn't work! Even qualified hairdressers can be very ordinary and stuff it up. Same with cutting hair. I like your new picture with your cap. Very stylish.

I ordered a blue wig, and they sent me the wrong one. The one they sent was called "reverse blue." It was blue at the roots for several inches and then black from there to the ends. The last girl's hair made me think of it. I told some people about the wig, and they wanted to see it. When I wore it, they liked it.

I appreciated the comment about curly hair being porous. Years ago, I did a strand test with some waste hair with 5% developer on relaxed hair. It went black to blonde to mush within minutes - and this was without any bleach. I had read that low volume developer is to deposit color only. So, I didn’t know why this happened. But knowing that the purpose of developer is to open the hair cuticle, but that curly hair is very porous, helps me to understand why the developer was so destructive. Will using a permanent color without developer color work on very porous hair?

Don't wear gloves...box dye comes with them and if not, a box if 100 doesn't cost $5. B. Why they don't put lotion, conditioner or vaseline on ALL EXPOSED skin and C.why they wear good clothes. I have always had a ratty t shirt used exclusively for dying my hair. Ok I lied I use it when painting as well. These aren't things I learned over time. If it can dye your hair it will definitely dye your skin, clothes, furniture, etc.
