SPOILERS Heres my theory about the final fight. He threw it. He has meds that he's been using really well the whole fight, but for some reason he stopped eating at the end for way more time than he needed to. To the point that he wanted to lose, he also started doing weird stuff with his gauntlet like he was panicking, yet had it in the bag the whole time. Now, what does that mean, some may ask? well. I think 1 of two things are to come from this. Option A: Diansu was done with the content SMP and wanted to get off in a way that would be excellent content, in standard Oceana fassion. Option B: He has a return planned

@@alisaglam2465 Pretty much, yeah. Diansu is roleplaying a colonialist dictator here; ain't nothing heroic about that, and he knows it (and is clearly having a ton of fun with it). But there's not a whole lot heroic about his opponents either. Everyone- or at least, all of the "main characters", so to speak, on the server, play characters who are very distinctly hypocrites in their own ways. Lux has heroic motives but keeps turning to questionable methods to solve problems. Nox blames literally everyone else for bad things that happen when he's directly or indirectly enabled at least half of them, and refuses to consider the idea that maybe, just maybe, he bears some blame too. Blake acts like he's a hero when he's constantly murdering people he deems have even slightly wronged him (including his own allies). Rat needs no explanation. I already explained Diansu. It's honestly a large part of what makes this silly-ass Minecraft RP story compelling for me; all of these people suck in their own ways. There's definitely villains at play, but there's no true heroes.

The fact that Diansu refused to use the one thing that can permanently kill someone off the server, refusing to even take it from Mouthpiece even if he needed it and claiming that Lux knows the risk as well earlier in the video, and Lux using it against Diansu anyway is kind of sad, and I wish either more people in the comments noticed this, or at the very least there was more said in the video about that betrayal. I feel Diansu was in the right for the final battle, maybe not for the others but Lux created monsters of ink, making more the more were killed, filling the arena with ink that would slow him down. She fully betrayed Diansu with that, and lets be real... The trade between a marketplace or death was not equal. EDIT: Diansu isn't an evil character, he is just someone who couldn't let go of grief, he couldn't let go of the death of his friend, and the pride of his nation. And while he couldn't forgive. Lux couldn't see the grief Diansu felt (especially after she started raising the dead, which likely caused him to team up with Blake) leading to his final demise. Oceana is no longer a nation taken by the grief of a long dead friend. Oceana is a nation who wants to avenge their fallen leader, and god I hope Lux falls.

Yeah his cadence of speech and acting ability is honestly among the best in the server, maybe even the best. His lines are well delivered, the lines are just- good in general, the way he speaks fits perfectly and really well distinguishes him from the other members. Not only do i love the little Minecraft animations done in this video (and how mr "i don't want to be a background character anymore" grabbed another member of the server to bring into the spotlight we love moriya in this house) but also the what i can only assume is accidental framing in some of the fighting sections. Like when diansu first revealed his nanomachine made monstrosity of a form to the rest of the server, standing above Will's corpse as he stared them all down from the top of the stairs. To Diansu literally flying up into the sun, i feel it's pretty relevant to mention the myth of Icarus because Diansu as a character truly did fall supremely after gaining his wings. 10/10 i love the content smp so much.

God i love Diansu's side of the smp, its genuinely so much more compelling than rat's, its insane how much less popular it is. !!Spoiler alert further down!! Diansu is shown to be, not a good person, but at-least perceptive and mature to a level. He declines the devils contract for power, whereas lux, who is portrayed as much more immature and emotional, takes the deal not caring about the consequences, which can maybe be seen as the influence of rat, who doesn't really seem to care about consequences at all. Diansu's ending scene goes so hard because its the turning of the story from one of endless conflict to permanent, terrifying outcome. The last line he says feels like he's almost laughing at the "Victors" because to him, they have just made a deal which will end them in the same way. He can see that the clock has begun ticking down to the final moments of this world, and how they are clueless as to what's coming. This is one, very unrefined interpretation of this story, and only really the first impressions i have from finishing the video. This means this may be somewhat wrong. Feel free to reply with whatever you think about this. Is it noticeable that this is my favorite video on the smp?
