Most ballers have went for the one foot take off, ever since Dr J basically. But with the right technique and power, and most of all REPS, you can sky from 2 foot takeoffs, and they look better. People are so used to seeing guys from 2 feet not get up that high, but not Mac. He's got true bounce wid dem legs.
